01About Metanoia OS

Metanoia OS is a self-paced personal development platform designed to guide learners through a structured curriculum across Phases, Acts, and Chapters. The Platform delivers educational resources — including programs, scripts, training manuals, workbooks, and reference materials — focused on cognitive architecture, mindset development, and personal transformation.

02Eligibility

To use the Platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater);

06Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content — All Platform content — including curricula, workbooks, scripts, training manuals, software, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Metanoia and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Metanoia" and "The Architecture of Thought" are trademarks of Metanoia. All rights reserved.

6.2 License to You — Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

6.3 Feedback — Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.

07User-Generated Content

The Platform may allow you to submit notes, reflections, or workbook entries ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Metanoia a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the Platform.

You represent that your User Content does not violate any law or infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

08Privacy & Personal Data

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may collect:

• Account and contact information (name, email address);
• Payment and billing information (via secure third-party processors);
• Usage and progress data (chapters completed, platform interactions); and

In no event shall Metanoia's total liability exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Metanoia in the prior 12 months; or (b) USD $100.

14Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Metanoia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15Termination
