Levels measure you.
Not against others.

Your level reflects your personal progress on the goals you set for yourself, and the consistency with which you pursued them — two things this system can genuinely measure, regardless of your background or starting point.

Two users at very different levels could be equally capable in real life — or even reversed. The metric is internal, never comparative.
